General Dentist Needed for a Group Practice
I am a Prothodontist and willing to teach recent grad the tools they need to become a successful and lucrtive dentist.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to dental extractions, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry.
- Utilize Eaglesoft software for patient management and record keeping.
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance patient comfort and efficiency during procedures.
- Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to safety protocols within the clinic.
- Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in dental fabrication techniques.
- Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy relevant to dental practice for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar dental management software is preferred.
- Experience with dental extractions, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy knowledge related to dentistry.
- Ability to perform procedures with precision while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices.
