All starting Positions will require you to be flexible working days / nights during the probationary training period of 60 days. After that, most likely you will be on nights 7pm – 7 am. We are union and do honor seniority rights. We also offer great incentives when working overtime or off days.

We are a union environment and have great career potential! What you need is the following to get started:

1.Able or willing to read a tape measure

2.Be able to work in non-climate-controlled temperatures.

6 You cannot pick your schedule, this is based on bids, line of progression, shift coverage and training. We ask from the top and force from the bottom.

• This is an entry level position in a manufacturing environment that will progress to additional responsibilities.
• Heavy manufacturing facility which could involve sitting, standing walking, working overhead, grasping, pulling, pushing, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, and lifting to 50 lbs. for long periods throughout the shift.

• Able to operate in heavy manufacturing site, lift to 50 lbs. and work variable schedule and overtime as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be willing to work in a tobacco free facility.
• Must be able to perform basic math, effectively operate computers.
