Summary
Job duties will include but are not limited to sorting and throwing shells; sorting and stacking pallets; product rework; baling cardboard or plastic; general housekeeping duties, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- General warehouse clean-up, moving product
- Update of safety markings, painting, cleaning
- Restock and replenish as appropriate
- Perform general warehouse duties.
- Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
- Follow proper general warehouse procedures

Accountable for proper product rotation in all areas of the warehouse
- Ensure FIFO is followed (First in, First Out)
- Accountable for damaged product in the warehouse caused by poor work methods (damaging product through poor handling)
- Periodic bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds, and climbing.
- Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
- Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
- Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Will require excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have ability to follow directions and work independently
- Must be able to move or lift in excess of 50 pounds
- Must understand production and distribution process; have a sense of urgency
- Must have general mathematical aptitude
- Physical requirements: climbing, stooping, squatting, lifting
