We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our casual dining establishment. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and food safety compliance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff to deliver high-quality dining experiences.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock for kitchen and dining areas.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Lead team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food quality meets standards and menu items are prepared correctly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.

Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the casual dining or food industry is essential.
