Overview
We are seeking a skilled General Manager to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction site management and possess knowledge of industry-specific software such as ProCore and Bluebeam.
Duties
- Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Utilize project scheduling tools like HeavyBid for accurate project timelines
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure project accuracy
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites
- Implement efficient project management practices to streamline processes
Qualifications
- Proficiency in construction project management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively
- Experience in project coordination and team management
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints accurately
- Familiarity with build processes and industry standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
