We’re looking for a General Manager to lead the flock. If you're passionate about great food, energized by team leadership, and obsessed with guest experience — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing, hospitality-driven team
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient shifts
- Own the P&L — manage food and labor costs, inventory, and budgeting
- Maintain top-tier food quality, cleanliness, and service standards
- Communicate needs and drive performance across all levels
- Foster a fun, positive, and respectful workplace culture
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in restaurant management (fast casual or counter-service preferred)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience with scheduling, training, and cost control (COGS + labor)
- ServSafe Manager Certification (required)
- BASSET Certification (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Passion for people, food, and growing a business
