Job Description—Grounds, Maintenance, Euclid Court Apartments/Euclid Enterprises
Job Description - This position is a full time position and is responsible for all routine grounds maintenance and repair for Euclid Court Apartments, properties held by Euclid Enterprises, and the Corporate Offices.
Specific Requirements include:
- The ability to perform all tasks in a safe manner and to use good safety practices at all times.
- Courteous, helpful, and customer service oriented attitude in dealing with residents, visitors, staff, vendors, and management
- Respond quickly, efficiently, and competently to daily service calls.
- Trash out of vacant units
- Routine Cleaning of the Laundry.
- Keeps grounds, buildings, interior hallways, security lights, windows and screens clean and in good repair.
- Proactive annual preventative maintenance such as: gutter cleaning, sidewalk power washing,
- Maintains supplies in an orderly fashion in the Euclid Court shop.
- Remain available by page or telephone at all times--except when pre-negotiated with supervisor.
- Maintain a good driving record and is experienced driving a long bed truck.Other aspects of this position are defined in the Employee Handbook, as are company policies and procedures for numerous topics.
- Annual flower planting and mulch distribution.
- Help Supervisor carry and install kitchen appliances in units.
- Any other work needed to perform job adequately.

Applicant must have some grounds keeping experience in the multi-family housing industry.
High School Graduate.
We will consider training a qualified applicant.
Benefits
Full time position $11.00 per hour. Full benefits after 90-days.
