Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds man to join our team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our trees ensuring that all outdoor areas are well-kept and safe . The ideal candidate will have experience in tree maintenance and care, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Operate bucket trucks for tree trimming and care, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Conduct tree care activities such as pruning, fertilizing, mulching, clean up, splitting wood and pest management.
- Assist in the operation for transporting equipment and materials to job sites.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience
- Familiarity with tree care practices including tree trimming techniques.
- Ability to operate bucket trucks safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks over extended periods.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on company policy.
