We are from South Jersey and moved to Naples to bring the Organic Salon to this beautiful area!!!! This salon is a high end boutique salon been in business for 26 yrs. We are very color focused and extensions. The Amazing shopping center brings several walk ins a day! We are expanding and looking for Stylists. We are right outside of Naples so we hit all the areas!
This gorgeous Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe style salon is Top Notch!!! You will have freedom, yes freedom. I have learned over the years of being an Owner that I want to build a Family. That is what life is about. Loving what you do. Did you know a FULL book is about 1800 clients. We can get you there to be a renter in the future. This is a hybrid salon who focuses on TRAININGS.
Duties
- I will build your book up with our powerhouse Marketing Team! We rotate clients for our staff. Its very important to be fair.
- You have a free App to see your book daily.
- Your commission is the highest around.
- You get your own key to come and go as you please.
- You will be trained on the color line which is amazing.
- Events at night, Free training on Extensions and up to date color techniques,
- Weekly pay
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of barbering techniques, hair extensions application, color theory, and retail sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using various styling tools and products while adhering to safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour
