We are looking for a skilled Hardscape Technician to join our team and help us deliver outstanding craftsmanship to our clients.
Job ResponsibilitiesHardscape Installation:
- Install paver patios, walkways, and driveways following industry best practices.
- Construct retaining walls using segmental block, boulders, or natural stone.
- Ensure proper grading and base preparation for long-lasting durability.
- Use machinery, and other general tools
Landscaping Work (As Needed):
- Assist with planting, sod installation, and general landscaping when required.
- Follow landscape plans and ensure proper installation techniques.
Equipment & Site Work:
- Operate skid steers and excavators (experience preferred but not required).
- Assist with site grading, excavation, and material transport.
- Maintain and clean tools and equipment.
General Job Duties:
- Work efficiently in a team to meet project deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure job site cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls).
- Growth mindset
- Ability to read and interpret landscape/hardscape plans.
- Familiarity with base prep, compaction, and drainage techniques.
- Experience with skid steers and excavators is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
