Key Responsibilities:
- Confirming appointments and welcoming customers
-Professional walk-around and motorcycle intake
- Listening and notating customer repair needs
- Selling additional repairs and services based on technician recommendation
-Selling additional upgrades for improved appearance, performance, style, and comfort
- Developing estimates of repair costs
- Communicating with technicians and management
- Keeping customers informed of the status of work
- Developing a rapport with customers to build a repeat customer base

Qualifications:
-One or more years of Harley-Davidson, Powersports, or Automotive service experience
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Focus on quality customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Computer knowledge and skills

The Service Advisor is the Harley-Davidson expert and is responsible for selling the features and benefits of Harley-Davidson products, related services, and upgrades. The service advisor is responsible for providing outstanding service to customers by walking from behind the sales counter to enthusiastically greet customers. They are responsible for partnering
with service technicians on inspection results and the creation of service estimates. Additionally, the Service Advisor is responsible for generating sales in the store as well as over the phone, and all other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma preferred
One year or more of retail sales experience with proven track record for selling
Managing sales within a team or experience in a customer service environment where decision making and the workload was shared by a team
Successful one-on-one interaction with customers where sales of a product or service occur
Ability to communicate or persuade people to generate sales in person or over the telephone as well as ability to follow established standards and policies
Working knowledge of Excel and of Microsoft Office products
Basic understanding of motorcycles, motorcycle related services, motorcycle services, and of retail business environment
Understanding of the financial impacts of pricing, discounting, and margins
Basic math skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, associates and management
Execute multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and composure
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, grip, handle, lift/carry up to 50 lbs,
Uncommon sense
Valid driver’s license, motorcycle endorsement, and ability to operate company and customer vehicles
Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

Pay: $36,720.00 - $46,720.00 per year
