Pretty Please Collective is a women-owned and operated brand with 14 thriving boutique locations across San Diego, Palm Desert, and Phoenix. Known for curated fashion, elevated service, and a community-first mindset—we’re launched an exciting new concept in Palm Desert: a custom Hat Bar experience where fashion meets creativity.
This is not your average retail job—it’s a dynamic, people-focused role combining styling, event planning, social media, and community outreach. You’ll be the heartbeat of the store and the face of this new creative retail concept.
What’s the Hat Bar?
It’s a one-of-a-kind experience where customers design their own stylish hats using curated patches, decorative chains, feathers, bands, and more—guided by you and your team. Our boutique will also feature our signature clothing and accessories.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Styling:
- Assist customers with customizing their hats and styling full outfits
- Provide amazing service in a fun, creative atmosphere
- Hire, train, and lead a passionate team
- Build sales through styling, storytelling, and consistent follow-up
Marketing & Social Media:
- Create engaging content for IG, TikTok, and stories that reflect the store’s personality
- Collaborate with influencers, stylists, and local partners
- Own the store’s digital voice and visibility
Community & Events:
- Host in-store events and hat bar workshops
- Plan pop-ups and offsite experiences to grow local awareness
- Be the face of Pretty Please Carlsbad—both online and in-person
