We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team and help shape an outstanding culinary experience. Our restaurant is known for its inviting atmosphere, quality ingredients, and dedication to excellent food — and we’re ready to take it to the next level.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency
- Lead, train, and inspire kitchen staff
- Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen scheduling
- Create and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist in menu planning, specials, and seasonal offerings
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a head chef or kitchen manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of kitchen safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
- Passion for food and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
