StretchVibe is the newest addition to the Health and Wellness field! As a StretchVibe Stretchologist, you will have thorough training (25-30 hours) to be fully prepared to provide our members and guests with an experience they won't forget and will want more of! Everyone knows they have to stretch...consistently, it improves our overall well being. We have the opportunity to provide our community with their very own Stretchologists who will provide the best, most effective assisted stretching available using a variety of different methods and techniques. This is a great opportunity to be part of something new and impactful - helping others feel great, building your clientele, and learning a lot along the way.
Hourly Base Wage : $20/hour
Stretch Hour Wage: $28 - $32 / Stretch hour
$10,000 + / year in additional gratuity! (based off 15-20 hours / week) Average gratuity / stretch is $12
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 100% customer service and personalized experience
- Consistently practice and refine your stretching technique / practice
- Building, managing, and servicing a consistent book of clients who are encouraged to book their stretches consistently that fits their schedules
- Utilize personal and company social media marketing and connecting to community
- Practice and refine Membership Presentation to encourage clients to become a monthly member
- Is responsible for their energy, attitude, and effort every day at work
- Lead management system and process understanding
- Updating client notes
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and resources after each stretch
Essential Functions:
- Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
- Standing: Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time.
- Pushing: Using upper extremities to press against something with steady force in order to thrust forward, downward or outward.
- Pulling: Using upper extremities to exert force in order to draw, drag, haul or tug objects in a sustained motion.
- Lifting: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to-position. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires the substantial use of the upper extremities and back muscles.
- Repetitive motions: Making substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- The worker is subject to vibration: Exposure to oscillating movements of the extremities or whole body.
- Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a health and wellness or fitness environment providing one-on-one training with clients, is encouraged.
- Degree in related field or certification from nationally accredited organization
- Understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
- Strong communication skills.
- Professional work ethic and team orientation.
- A passion for helping people, help themselves.
- Create an atmosphere for clients that is welcoming and personalized.
