Hours per week: 40 hours per week with additional paid overtime opportunities
Shift: Open availability between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday.
Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to work from home on a temporary, seasonal basis. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, assisting customers with new or existing health and/or life insurance policies during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). This role does not involve cold calling or lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls to sell insurance products during AEP.
- Guide customers in selecting plans and answer their questions.
- Maintain client relationships and track call data for reporting.
Requirements:
- Active state Health Insurance License.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; sales and AEP experience are a plus.
- Proficiency with Windows OS.
Remote Work Setup:
- A quiet, professional home office.
- A reliable, wired internet connection with at least 35 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds.
We provide fully paid training to all new agents.
