Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with medical staff to streamline processes and improve patient experiences.
- Utilize medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals regarding patient needs.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, managing referrals, and coordinating tests or procedures as needed.
- Support administrative functions within the office, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Home Care is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in office procedures and administrative support functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in patient records and documentation.
- HHAExchange experience preferred.

Pay: $19.01 - $20.71 per hour
