Home Health Aide, HHA

Home Care company currently hiring for a Home Health Aide (HHA) that can work with 2 clients in their homes. Position is Part-Time 22 hours per week starting, can grow into Full-Time fairly quickly. AM hours only.

Schedule: (NO PM, NO OVERNIGHT, AND NO WEEKENDS)

• Client One: 8:30am-10:30am (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays) in Wayzata
• Client Two: 11am-2pm (Monday-Friday) in Mound

Home Health Aide (HHA) will be working with the clients 'IN-HOME', TRAVELING IS REQUIRED.

Home Health Aides that have experience in TCUs and Nursing Homes are encouraged to apply and will be guaranteed a phone screen right away.

Home Health Aide/HHA Pay Range:

• $21-$22/hr predicated on experience
• Paid Drive Time & Travel Reimbursement (paid mileage)
• 401K plan with 4% company match
• $1000 Referral Bonus

Home Health Aide/HHA Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Caregiver is REQUIRED
• CPR Certified (or get certified 30 days after hire)
• Must have Driver's License and Transportation with auto insurance
• Must have a smart phone to utilize mobile apps for schedules and clocking in/out

Home Health Aide/HHA Essential Duties:

• Develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards
• Perform activities of daily living (ADL) as directed including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting, meal preparation and feeding
• Linen changes and light housekeeping
• Take and record vital signs as well as height and weight
• Monitoring of client's conditional changes, charting and reporting to the Director of Nursing
• Assist client in active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care, assist client to doctor appointments and other outdoor activities as needed
• Other duties assigned by DON, including computer work in the office if necessary
