Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Monitor and record patient conditions
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Follow care plans and communicate with supervising clinicians

Qualifications:

• HHA certification or equivalent training
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Experience with elderly or chronically ill patients is a plus
