Overview: We are seeking a skilled Home Renovations Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various renovation tasks and possess a strong understanding of construction principles. Duties: - Perform a wide range of renovation tasks including frame carpentry, fixture installation, drywall work, flooring installation, concrete forming, concrete finishing, remodeling projects, and caulking. - Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and drawings to execute renovation projects effectively. - Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all renovation tasks. - Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project timelines are met. - Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Requirements: - Proven experience in home renovations with proficiency in frame carpentry, fixture installation, drywall work, flooring installation, concrete forming, concrete finishing, remodeling projects, and caulking. - Familiarity with Bluebeam software is a plus. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
