What You’ll Do:
- Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend the right services
- Follow up with leads, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and hit performance goals
- Collaborate with the production and project teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to execution
- Manage appointments, client records, and progress using CRM and scheduling tools
- Represent C&M Home Revival with professionalism and enthusiasm at every step
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset—you care about solving problems, not just making a sale
- Solid organizational skills to manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups
- Comfortable with CRM systems, scheduling software, and digital tools
- You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
