We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Home Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and quality inspection, with the ability to assess the structural integrity of residential properties. As a Home Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that homes meet safety standards and comply with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and identify any potential issues.
- Collect data during inspections, documenting findings accurately for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with REALTORS and homeowners to discuss inspection results and recommend necessary repairs or improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports outlining findings, recommendations, and any required follow-up actions.
- Market the your services to local clients/REALTORS.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and quality control measures.
- Home Inspector Certification InterNACHI preferred
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A valid driver's license is required for traveling to various job sites.
