Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families via chat support
- Provide technical support for our online medical portal and assist clients with navigating the platform
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with caregivers to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and conversations
- Collaborate with the clinical team to gather feedback and continuously improve the chat support process
- Keep up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and highest quality of care
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in online chat platforms and medical portals
- Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient, with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
