Are you looking for a way to give back and make a real impact in someone’s life? Join Utah Home Health and Hospice as a Volunteer Companion and offer comfort, connection, and companionship to individuals nearing the end of life.
Our volunteers are matched with local hospice patients and visit weekly to brighten their days through simple, heartfelt interactions—like sharing stories, reading, playing games, doing puzzles, or helping with light household tasks. Sometimes, just being present is the greatest gift of all.
This is a flexible and rewarding opportunity, perfect for compassionate individuals who want to bring joy, dignity, and support to those in their final chapter. Volunteers also provide occasional respite for families, allowing caregivers a short break.
No medical experience needed. Transportation is helpful but not required—we’ll pair you with patients in your preferred area.
