We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server and Host to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. Duties
- Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and providing detailed information about menu items and specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Handle cash register transactions with precision, processing payments accurately.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
- Assist in food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Uphold high standards of service quality, contributing to an inviting atmosphere for all patrons.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of culinary practices and food handling standards is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations are essential.
- Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a busy setting is crucial.
- Experience working in nightlife venues or clubs is a plus but not required.
