Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a positive dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Provide menus and offer assistance with any questions regarding the menu items or specials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and dining area.
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Support guest relations by ensuring that all guests feel valued and appreciated during their visit.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Host/Host or in a similar role within the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest services.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
