We are looking for a Restaurant Host to be the welcoming face of a vibrant hotel dining experience just minutes from DFW Airport. Pay: $15.00/hr - Paid Weekly
Host/Hostess Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide exceptional hospitality.
- Manage reservations and wait lists efficiently using the designated system.
- Coordinate with servers and management to optimize seating flow and minimize wait times.
- Ensure the entrance and host stand remain organized and inviting.
- Provide guests with menus, answer questions, and accommodate special requests when possible.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and polished dining area.
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, service, and guest satisfaction.
Host/Hostess Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a host/hostess in a hotel or restaurant host role preferred.
- Proficient English.
- Professional presentation, high energy, and enthusiastic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
