Job Summary:
We are seeking a warm and welcoming Host/Server to join our dynamic team. . The successful candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. This role is responsible for managing the front-of-house, taking reservations, and handling guest inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and manage their expectations, providing detailed information about the menu and restaurant services.
- Manage reservations, seating, and table assignments, ensuring an efficient flow of guests throughout the restaurant.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the host stand, tables, and restrooms.
- Handle phone calls and messages efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
