Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Manage seating arrangements and waitlists to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy to enhance their experience.
- Assist in training new staff members on service protocols and standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in roles related to guest services or culinary positions, is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Cash handling experience is essential for managing transactions accurately.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the nightclub schedule.
