Summary
As a Food Runner at Snappers Bar and Grill, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and efficiently. This position is essential to maintaining the flow of service in our busy restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Assist servers by ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete before delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service areas.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Help with food preparation as needed during busy shifts.
- Monitor dining area for guest needs and assist as necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety standards.
