Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hot Tub Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery, installation, and maintenance of hot tubs at various locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have experience in driving and operating various vehicles. This position involves physical labor, including heavy lifting and moving, so a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.
Duties
- Deliver and install hot tubs at customer locations while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns during the delivery process.
- Operate delivery trucks and other vehicles for transportation of hot tubs to designated locations.
- Load and unload hot tubs using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques as necessary.
- Assist with warehouse duties, including inventory management and organization of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, installations, and service requests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with experience in commercial driving preferred.
- Experience as a delivery driver or courier is beneficial.
- Strong physical capability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks regularly.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts and pallet jacks is advantageous.
- Comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
