We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations and sales of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role is crucial in ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and optimizing revenue while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all hotel operations, including front desk, hskp, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Foster excellent guest relations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Oversee human resources functions including hiring, training, and development.
- Monitor hotel performance metrics and prepare reports for ownership.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of revenue management techniques to drive profitability.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for enhancing guest interactions.
- Experience in front desk operations with a focus on guest relations.
