Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure that all linens, towels, and amenities are replenished according to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitization to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to meet daily cleaning goals and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
