We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. As the Hotel Manager, you will ensure that all guests receive outstanding service while maintaining operational efficiency. This role requires a blend of management expertise, customer service acumen, and an understanding of hotel operations.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to promote a positive work environment.
- Oversee the night audit process to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and guest billing.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Implement hotel policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain hotel standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote hotel services and special events.
- Utilize phone systems effectively for reservations, inquiries, and guest communications.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, night audits, and phone etiquette.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
- Experience with resort management is advantageous but not required.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and phone systems.
