Looking for an experienced Hotel/Inn Manager for a historic , luxury, boutique property in the heart of Middleburg, VA
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the inn, ensuring a seamless and luxurious guest experience.
- Role Leads and supports the Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance teams while driving operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Collaborate with all department heads to maintain service quality
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of local tourism and hospitality trends in the VA wine and horse country
- Experience in a Relais & Chateaux/Forbes rated or Luxury boutique property is highly preferred.
- 3-5 years of similar hotel/hospitality management experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
