Comfort Inn Garner NC is seeking a driven, personable team member to lead local sales outreach while supporting front desk operations. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in hospitality sales, business development, or hotel management. You’ll be the face of the hotel to both guests and local businesses—building relationships, driving bookings, and ensuring a welcoming experience. Earn bonus by achieving Sales Target.
Sales & Outreach Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to nearby businesses, construction sites, and event planners
- Visit offices, job sites, and venues to promote group rates and extended stay packages
- Distribute marketing materials and build long-term client relationships
- Track outreach efforts, leads, and feedback for follow-up
- Support the General Manager with sales initiatives and reporting
Front Desk Operations
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage check-in/check-out using hotel systems
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and service requests
- Monitor lobby cleanliness and coordinate with housekeeping
- Assist with basic maintenance and operational tasks as needed
