Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring that spaces are tidy, hygienic, and welcoming. This role may involve residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and custodial duties, providing a vital service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
- Maintain cleanliness in hotel rooms or other hospitality environments as required.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
- Experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and custodial responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Capability to clean and sanitize areas as needed for specific assignments.
