Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards. As a House Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage floor care, including sweeping, waxing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance.
- Launder linens and other items as needed, ensuring they are clean and fresh for clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Oversee housekeeping management tasks to ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
- Execute carpet cleaning duties using appropriate techniques and equipment to remove stains and dirt.
- Maintain a high standard of residential cleaning practices while adhering to safety protocols.
- Support custodial duties in commercial settings as needed, ensuring all areas are clean and presentable.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with sanitation practices and floor care techniques is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving in cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
