Responsibilities
- Includes cleaning & arranging guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival; performing laundry duties; cleaning & maintaining common areas; stocking & maintaining supplies; ensuring a high level of customer service at all times; assisting guests with requests as needed
- Report all damages or repairs to management, as well as reporting all lost & found items.
- Comply with health and safety regulation
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
