Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to uphold high cleanliness standards.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies while performing all cleaning duties.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in laundry services, including familiarity with various washing techniques and equipment.
- Strong cleaning skills with an understanding of effective cleaning products and methods.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
