Room Attendant
The Comfort Inn Bluffton has a unique opportunity for experienced, energetic, self-motivated people to join our team! As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
You will be expected to do the following:
- Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
- Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Provides standard directions to be provided to guests
- Other duties as assigned.
For you to be the ideal candidate, you should meet the following:
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Maintain a high level of organization
- Maintain an excellent record of attendance
- Be familiar with housekeeping practices
- Ability to push/pull/carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds regularly, and 50 pounds occasionally
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
