Job Description:
We are seeking HR Business Partner who will be responsible for utilizing different channels to search for potential - qualified candidates and help to build talent pipelines for our open requisitions. You will source talent for the world’s largest provider of automated test equipment (ATE) in the semiconductor industry. A key element for this position is the ability to attract highly competitive and experienced candidates to join our team.
You will provide support to the Advantest America Inc. Human Resources function in the areas of HRIS/Compensation/Benefits, Staffing/Employment. Responsibilities include multitude of activities such as sourcing and screening candidates, acting as a consultant to Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process, and providing detailed assessments for candidates and recommending offer amounts using internal pay ranges and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to strategize recruiting needs and define job requirements
- Regularly consult with hiring managers to align on sourcing strategies and advertising options
- Screen applicants to assess qualifications and fit
- Source candidates through job boards, networking, social media, referrals, and staffing agencies
- Maintain professional networks and craft targeted outreach to passive candidates
- Manage candidate interview scheduling and communication between HR and hiring managers
- Guide candidates through the interview process and provide feedback as needed
- Keep ADP Recruiting Management system updated
- Support job offers and onboarding processes as needed
- Implement and advise on Employee Relations (ER) policies, procedures, and communications
- Provide ER training to supervisors and staff
- Conduct confidential investigations; summarize findings and recommend actions
- Respond to employee concerns including conflict resolution, complaints, and performance issues
- Participate in disciplinary processes and documentation, including PIPs and terminations
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to leadership
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Manage LOA administration and unemployment claim responses
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data
- Support employee retention strategies and positive workplace culture initiatives
- Facilitate manager training on HR policies and ER best practices
- Assist with compliance program administration
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources or related field.
- 5 + years of experience as a technical sourcer, recruiter, or related role.
- Ability to understand engineering concepts and skills and source technical positions.
- Experience with ATE industry and technical recruiting.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to interface and work well with all levels of staff while maintaining confidentiality.
- Knowledge ATS programs such as ADP Recruiting Management.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Excellence and professionalism in written and verbal correspondence.
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $96,000.00 - $149,000.00 per year
