Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring smooth operation and compliance tracking. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and a positive energy.
Candidate must be able to have conversations in Spanish so they can efficiently assist our Spanish speaking employee demographic.
Duties
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs including time off, health insurance and 401k benefits,
- Maintain accurate employee records in CareCenta and Paychex, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with payroll departments to ensure accurate processing of employee compensation using Paychex.
- Provide support for onboarding new employees, including orientation sessions and documentation preparation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely manner.
- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Assist in notifying and educating employees when additional training or certifications are required.
- Assist with I-9 Form preparations and collecting supporting documents.
Experience
- Previous experience in human resources or administrative support is preferred but not required. New college graduates are encourage to applied.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
