Summary: The Human Resources Intern will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department and serve as a point of contact for employees under supervision. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a career in HR who is eager to gain hands-on experience in areas such as recruiting, employee relations, benefits, HRIS, and compliance. The intern will also assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
? Assist with posting jobs, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews.
? Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation and orientation.
? Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system.
? Provide general support on employee relations issues, trainings, and HR communications.
? Assist in organizing and delivering internal HR-related trainings and employee engagement initiatives
? Participate in the administration of employee benefits and learn about compliance requirements
? Collaborate with the HR team on process improvement projects and policy updates
? Support performance management efforts, including data tracking and follow-ups
