Overview
Join our team as a skilled Automation Framework Developer, focusing on developing and enhancing automation frameworks for Android-based wearable devices. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless and efficient testing by integrating new tools and maintaining existing scripts, while contributing to the company's continuous integration and deployment efforts. Leverage your expertise in Python, SQL, and automation to drive impactful testing solutions in a dynamic lab environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust automation frameworks tailored for Android-based wearable devices.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation scripts to ensure high test reliability and efficiency.
- Integrate automation tools and frameworks into CI/CD pipelines for streamlined testing processes.
- Interface with and automate hardware test equipment, including spectrum analyzers and logic analyzers.
- Conduct and optimize automation testing processes using Android Debug Bridge (ADB) for various wearables.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for automation framework development.
- Strong experience in developing automation tests specifically for Android-based devices.
- Knowledge of Android Debug Bridge (ADB) for testing and automation purposes.
- Experience with interfacing and automating hardware test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers and logic analyzers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices for automation integration.
- Experience in testing or developing software for Android wearables.
- Hands-on experience with additional lab equipment automation beyond spectrum and logic analyzers.
- Advanced understanding of automation tools and scripting languages.
