We’re Milk Sugar Love—a chef-driven ice cream company proudly making some of the top-rated ice cream in New Jersey. Featured in the New York Times, Thrillist, Tastemade, The Infatuation, and Business Insider, we handcraft all our ice cream and baked goods in small batches using only all-natural milk, cream, and organic ingredients.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly team members to scoop ice cream and bring sweet vibes to the Shore.
What You’ll Do:
- Make and serve all items on the menu (scoops, soft serve, sundaes, milkshakes, espresso etc.)
- Deliver top-notch, friendly customer service
- Work efficiently with other team members behind the counter
- Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace and follow food safety protocols
Requirements:
- Available to work at least 2 shifts per week, including weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
- Able to stay until 10:30 p.m. for closing shifts
- Ready to start June 23 for training
- Committed to cleanliness—cleaning and disinfecting is a big part of the job!
