Duties:
- Prepare and make ice cream according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate ice cream making equipment and machinery.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately using basic math skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing equipment and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure food quality and sanitation.
- Follow opening checklists and closing checklist
Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing ingredients.
- Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
