## Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to provide personalized care to individuals in the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe and supportive environment.
## Duties
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and laundry
- Escort clients to appointments and outings
- Administer medication under the direction of healthcare professionals
## Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to adapt to different environments and provide individualized care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to help others
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in PICU, Hospital medicine, Medical-surgical, Level I Trauma Center, Geriatrics, Teaching hospital, Outpatient, OR, Level II Trauma Center, Emergency medicine
