We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Duties
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
- Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs as required.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client needs.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client's condition.
