Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in inside sales, technology sales, and business development, with a proven ability to leverage software tools like Salesforce to drive sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or technology sales, with a focus on business development.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various channels.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive approach to selling.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
