Job Overview
The Administrative Assistant role is focused on supporting our team, clients and prospects. Provide great customer service to internal and external customers. Answer multiple phone lines, provide support by receiving and processing insurance payments. Adept with technology, draft letters & reports, and other additional duties as directed by the owner and associates.
Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per year

Requirements
- Team Player who is experienced people skills like empathy and persuasion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong telephone skills.
- Self starter with excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) .
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Listen to customers questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses.
- Process insurance policy applications, endorsements changes and cancellations efficiently, according to workflow procedures.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
